Have you restarted SketchUp to sync everything ?

Have you installed the SketchUcation Tools needed for licensing ?

Assuming you are using Windows - have you installed Sketchup properly ?
Double-clicking the installer's exe file to 'Run' it is not enough, even if your user account has admin powers - doing so can cause unpredictable issues, often around permissions and file access.
It can be repaired without needing to re-install SketchUp - do the following...
It will leave any installed files etc unaffected...
Close SketchUp.
Find its installer exe file - usually in your Downloads folder [down load a new copy if you no longer have it].
Select the exe file's icon, right-click > context-menu > Run as administrator
When prompted choose Repair.
When it finishes restart SketchUp.

Hey guys

I am desperate for very high resolution/quality satellite maps, I use Placemaker and I also use Nearmap but the resolution is not that great, I have tried using AI to upscale but that too does not really solve my issues.

Is there another solution?

It depends on what you want in the corners. If you don't need something too polished you can also use this plugin:

https://community.sketchucation.com/topic/106330/plugin-lines-to-tubes#p88592

It will work in one go: select all the lines and launch the plugin.

The PB4 is fixed by version 4.0.3 https://support.mindsightstudios.com/hc/en-us/articles/29660587053971-Fix-for-SketchUp-crashing-shuts-down-on-startup-when-Profile-Builder-4-is-installed.

You should go to the PluginStore and update to the SketchUcation toolset v4.4.0 which has been specially reworked for v2024 compatibility. If deals with the SCF licensing for many extensions.
If you use any of Fredo's extensions, he has also updated them all for v2024 use and don't forget his latest LibFredo too...
After installing these restart SketchUp to sync everything...

@Box I don't understand, I didn't 'quietly edit' anything, I just used the editor to edit my version one I knew what it was. I reinstalled and all working now.

@Rich-O-Brien Sometimes SketchUp was crashing, sometimes SU Podium crashed, and sometimes windows crashed. Shop sorted the problem by changing the motherboard, they said that there was an incompatibility that they couldn't find. Since I've had it back it's had PodiumxRT go down once, but ShetchUp stayed running.
