Thank you for developing the plugin, even though there are similar ones, it is always good to see the development of new ones that can bring different functions.

Could someone please remove all computers linked to my licenses so that I can activate and use the plug-ins on my machine?
Please update your devices to Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1
https://sketchucation.com/plugin/696-sketchucationtools
This will enable online release at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
I've been using this version for many months, I always update the plugins:
My licenses have not yet been released, I am unable to finish my college work.
Could you reset all my licenses?

RE: SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation
Hello! Good night everybody! All right with you?
A few weeks ago I requested support via email "support@sketchucation.com" to reset all my activations, as I had exceeded the usage limit. Unfortunately I couldn't get help there because the person who helped me was trying to teach me how to deactivate the license, the problem is that even deactivating the license before formatting the computers, it is not deactivating on the "My Licenses" website, it continues as if the machine was activated.
Could someone please remove all computers linked to my licenses so that I can activate and use the plug-ins on my machine?

You can release seats at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
Rich, thanks for the information, but on the site where the license files are downloaded there is no option to remove licenses from old activated computers. There is only the option to download the license, there is no more button to tick or click.
From the "SCF License" license manager, when clicking on Validate License and clicking on the downloaded license file, it appears: "ERROR: License seats exceeded"
I downloaded the manual and did not find if it is possible to deactivate the old licenses manually, without having to contact you!
A recommendation, they could change the system and whenever you activate the downloaded license and all are being used, deactivate the first license automatically, so you don't have to get in your way....

RE: SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation
Hello everyone, could you release my licenses?
I ended up formatting my notebook and my desktop computer and forgetting to deactivate the license manually, now it's stuck on old computers.

RE: SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation
Hello everyone, I have a small problem, a few months ago I've been testing Windows 11, both on my desktop computer and on my college notebook, then with some bugs in the system, I ended up going back to Windows 10, a few days ago I formatted both and installed Windows 11 again.
It turns out that out of ignorance, I ended up not deactivating the licenses (I only understood that it was necessary after reading the .pdf with the doubts), is it possible to remove all computers tied to my licenses? I saw that on the sketchucation website I can't do it manually.
Update: The problem was solved!

Your English is much better than my Portuguese !
I see your settings etc. Most look OK - except the following...
My are different to yours...
Can you try mine ??Unfortunately it did not solve. ;(
I will remove all sketchup, folders and the registry and do an installation from scratch.
I suspect the problem started when I installed Enscape.

I uninstalled Internet Explorer 11 after trying to solve the problem, but it didn't. I also refined the Internet Explorer settings and it also didn't solve it, I already cleared the cache and all options by CCleaner and continued the problem.
I ended up removing Sketchup with Revo Uninstaller (Removed folders and records), the problem disappeared for a few hours, but came back.
I didn't tell you to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 !
Indeed, doing so will affect SketchUp abilities to make working dialogs in many extensions which rely on WebDialogs.Did you look at the advanced Internet Options [Control Panel] and use less restrictive [medium?] settings to allow scripts etc to run ?
It is the IE cache which needs clearing - done from within IE etc... Ctrl+Shift+Delete
Thanks to everyone who is trying to help me
Hello TIG
About IE, I believe I spoke the wrong way (I'm using a translator, because my native language is not English), I had already dropped IE before looking for help here, but I already activated it again.
Regarding the restrictions, I already changed the options, leaving everything on the bottom, but nothing has changed, it seems that it is not interfering inside Sketchup.
Here are some pictures of the settings I changed: https://imgur.com/a/NVurte2
About the IE cache, I had already cleared the cache through IE itself, but it didn't solve it. ; (

Is this with SketchUp 2018? What version of Windows? What graphics card?
I'm using Sketchup 2020 on a student license. I use an NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti (4GB).

Many plugins still use the older WebDialog methods from the API.
These dialogs rely on using many aspects of the system's default-browser - on a PC it's Internet Explorer [IE] or Safari on a MAC - this is irrespective of the web-browser you normally use day-to-day.So if you have tried to uninstall IE or radically changed your Internet-Options setting - e.g. limited the ability to run java scripts, Activex controls etc - then that can break some of these dialogs functions.
Even if you have not done anything like that, then sometimes the IE cache can become corrupted.
You need to open IE and clear its cache.
Then start SketchUp and see if these dialogs are improved...I uninstalled Internet Explorer 11 after trying to solve the problem, but it didn't. I also refined the Internet Explorer settings and it also didn't solve it, I already cleared the cache and all options by CCleaner and continued the problem.

I'm having this problem with several plugins that use web pages, Cleanup³, 1001Bit and others.
