On a PC the model's backup files [named xxx.SKB], and on MAC [named xxx~.SKP] are saved with the model's xxx.SKP file. The model's Auto-Save files usually get put into a default location... This is set on a PC in: Preferences > File > Models - its default is ../Documents/ On a MAC it is always saved in your: User > Library > Application Support > SketchUp NNNN > SketchUp > Autosave ...folder Named as AutoSave_xxx.SKP ?

They do and I pinged one of them in your other thread. I did find that you can export at a larger size if you enter the resolution instead of the width.

The section fill doesn't create a group on its own. If you use Create group from slice you do get a group and of course it's only the outline. There's no face. It can be difficult to see and select that group if there's a fill and especially if the fill color is black. You can change the fill color, of course, or you could select the group in Outliner. I'm not seeing any issues with the fill updating when moving the section cut. The group from slice doesn't update but then it never did. [image: BuXD_section.gif]

Had a crazy week, but have been testing SU2017 on my MacBook for most of it. Not sure overall if it's slowed down compared to 2015: overall graphics seem smother, but with a bit of lag in some operations. Whether or not that bodes poorly for really large models I can't say. Bottom line is that it's still works fine for my needs, at least on mid-sized models (~35MB).

Sure ! For randomize all paramaters of a same texture! (Works also for Components & Groups) But you can select several different textures on the same time! They will have same variation of parameters! (Different sizes of boxes is just perspective effect ! ) [image: tHdB_2boxes.jpg]
