Thanks, it's working now. First, I deleted it, then I modified the signature authorisation in the warehouse extension. It was a signature issue. In SketchUp: Extensions → Extension Manager Click the ️ Extension Manager Settings icon. You'll find “Extension Loading Policy” / “Extension Loading Preferences.” Select: “Approve Unidentified Extensions” Restart SketchUp.

Hi this is a question for @anton_s I love ClothWorks, and use it all the time professionally. I also teach and get my students to start using your free version, and most buy the full license. It is a great tool. However I was distressed to find that it does not run on SU 2027. It is early in the year I understand, but do you have plans to upgrade the plugin to work with the new Ruby environment on SU 2027? I sincerely hope that you do, I would be happy to purchase a new pro licence from you if needed and i am sure a lot of the users in our community would as well. My thanks, DRJENNINGS7

Can you please open the Ruby console to see if there are errors. Also, you should update to LibFredo6 v16.3.

@Krass What @fredo6 means is that if you are getting unexpected results, sometimes rather than an explanatory error-message appearing, there's an error message printed out in the Ruby Console [opened in Extensions > Developer submenu] - so seeing that might help you and copy/pasting it into a post can help Fredo see and perhaps resolve the issue...

It might be the orientation of the section plane versus the camera of the scene. Anyway, difficult to say without seeing the scene or the model.

@xannanov what version of SketchUp are you using? What operating system? The plugin works fine for me in SketchUp 2026 and has worked fine in all previous versions. Maybe there's a conflicting extension? Open the Ruby Console, try running the plugin and then share the output from the Console with us.
