There is a problem with a binary file in SU2026 on Mac Could you try with LibFredo6 v16.1g, just published. After installation and restart of Sketchup, please do a Window > LibFredo6 Settings... > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support. At the top in the output of the Ruby Console, tell me if you see binary loaded or Binary NOT loaded. Also, it would be good to upgrade to Sketchucation Tools v5.0.8, although this is not related.

The House Builder is a fair bit more complicated than the Garage Builder so I have my head buried in the code for a few days with little to show for all my work. Here is a first look at some of the interface with a few random walls arranged for testing. [image: 1789123225946-project_su142_800.jpg] Notice the Start and End markers, similar to the Wall plugin. These will be an optional feature that can be toggled on or off. This is turning out to be a very interesting project and also quite challenging.

Can you indicate which Mac you have (Intel or ARM) and run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp, as well as describe what does not work. Do you see the menu and toolbar, do you get error messages. I would also suggest that you open the Ruby console and leave it open when you close Sketchup. When you restart Sketchup, the console will open and show possible error messages.

FOLLOWING PROBLEM IS NOW SOLVED ▼ ▼ ▼ Hello @fredo6, I'm using your plugin for several months and It is useful tool. Thank you. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem as of today. It doesn't load as it used to. There is no Vignette Stripe and instead I have this: [image: 1788127376854-s02-resized.jpg] According to the Extension Manager, it seems good: [image: 1788127720407-s3-resized.jpg] But there's a new !LordOfTheToolbars_seed that seems to have appeared and appears to have a problem: [image: 1788127409552-s01.jpg] I use Sketchup 2024, with LordOfTheToolbars_v2.9c and LibFredo6_v15.2a. Since, I tried to fix the problem, uninstalling the plugins and replacing them by the last versions, LordOfTheToolbars_v3.0c and LibFredo6_v16.0b. And my Loading Policy is set on Unrestricted since forever. The problem remains. May I ask for your help, please? EDIT: I installed SketchUp 2026 with all plugins and the problem remains EDIT #2: I updated LibFredo6 with version: 16.1a. Problem is now solved. Thank you

FredoPortrait essentially generates images, not scenes. For isolating components and views, it uses temporary settings of the camera and object visibility, but this is transcient. Generating scenes with isolated objects and specified cameras would be another plugin.

SKMtools is a suite of 'tools' and short code methods to add some missing methods in the Ruby API. It is not a stand alone 'extension'. For example - for material, color, and image inspection and manipulation of their info etc... BUT it does contain some 'tools' - like ImageAnimator and ImageTrimmer - these appear in the View and Tools menus respectively, and the ImageAnimator also has a toolbar that can be activated like any other. ImageTrimmer works from the menu item[s] and has some dialogs which pop up for settings etc... After you install the toolset you probably need to restart SketchUp to see the menu additions etc... Also note that ImageTrimmer uses '.jar' files to execute some methods, so you need Java installed [probably is by default] and .jar files must 'open' [execute] in Java - NOT open in a compression app - some ZIP and RAR apps might hijack the .jar filetype, so you need to ensure that it's excluded from their influence !

What do you mean: 'download' or install? You also need to install LibFredo6.

jd_selective_dc_editor_v3.0.rbz What's New — v3.0 -All attributes in a single table: all editable TEXTBOX/LIST attributes found across the selection are displayed at once, eliminating one-at-a-time popups. -Smart multi-selection: attributes are shown even when only some selected components contain them, with a counter such as 3/5. Applying changes only affects components that actually contain that attribute. -Full group and nested component support: select a group, wrapper component, or nested element and the plugin recursively finds Dynamic Components at any depth. -Independent instances: improved component instance handling prevents changes to one instance from unintentionally affecting other copies. -Live auto-refresh: the editor remains open and automatically updates whenever the model selection changes, with no need to close and reopen it. -Improved Apply & Undo: Dynamic Component updates are handled more reliably within a single SketchUp Undo operation. -Extended timeout for complex operations: the Dynamic Components operation timeout has been increased to 30 seconds. -Improved performance: definition-level caching avoids repeatedly scanning identical sub-assemblies, attribute filtering uses a precompiled regular expression, and live refresh uses debouncing to prevent unnecessary rebuilds during rapid selection changes. -Better error handling: errors now display a message to the user and print the full backtrace to the Ruby console instead of failing silently. -Cleaner interface: only the user-facing attribute name is displayed; internal formula/attribute names are hidden. https://youtu.be/hOMfIjRIZac?is=J0YrocMXkSAOXABC

Then it is even more puzzling. It has to do with detecting the dialog is visible on screen.... Maybe the emulation of Mac does behave a Mac Intel for that.

How would this mythical Ruby code know the orientation of the guideline that you want it to draw ? There are an infinite number of lines passing through a guide-point. You can draw a new guideline using the Tape-Measure tool, that passes through a guide-point - but you need to give it some clues... So if you have two guide-points you can draw a guideline that passes between them, Of you have only one guide-point you need to pick a second point [e.g. on existing geometry] to give the guideline its orientation. Or you can pick an existing edge/line in the model to set the guidelines orientation and then pick the guide-point through which it should pass. None of this needs a script ??
