For reinstalling ffmpeg, try to locate a file ffmpeg.exe in

either your Sketchup Plugin directory or a folder C:\FFmpeg
In principle, you should know or remember where you did put the file. Otherwise do a Search file in Windows.

When it is located,

delete it get a fresh copy of FFmpeg.exe put it somewhere on your PC Animator will find it if you put it in C:\FFmpeg or in the Sketchup plugin directory, or will ask you to locate it again

Now, if you still get an empty mp4,

Do you see the MP4 button in Red in the result dialog of the video generation? Are you rendering, or jsut generating the 'Natural' mode (no rendering)? Can you open the Ruby console before generating the video and check if there are erros (there should be traces)

CleanUp should be in the Plugins or Extensions menu The name of the menu was changed from Plugins to Extensions later.

TT_Lib is a bunch of common support files for a number of the author's extensions. You normally don't need to access them directly.

Why are you using SketchUp 2015? Why not SketchUp 2017 Make?

Well I got this contour site drawing from someone else and had a reference image which had the elevations written, but no tags were present in the drawing.
I am done with it now though, I raised the contour lines manually in AutoCAD and then imported the 3D into SketchUP.
Though I would still like to know the lisp for doing it via text tags in AutoCAD.
Here the contours were brought in from rhino. I otherwise usually use global mapper to get conotur maps.

Much better. I don't know what vray has for white balance, but that could help. I also use an all white color for a background image and that helps.

It turns out the culprit was the file I was working on. Vray works fine with any other file. Thanks anyway.

An app requests more memory allocation from the OS when it needs it. Perhaps vray has a preference setting to set or change a limit what it uses? So far as I know, there is no macOS way either to limit or to increase the amount of memory used by an app.

Hi! I had already uninstalled and reinstalled SketchUp (as administrator) and the latest plugins versions and it didn't work. I gave up and reinstalled windows, and then SketchUp and the problem was fixed. Oh, and installed SketchUp in the English version just in case (I used to have the spanish one). I don't know what the problem was, but it was solved. Thanks anyway!

Thomthoms UV Toolkit 2 has Frontface material to backface.

Worked for me. I just had to trace an edge or two over the original outlines for the faces to form. Made a group and it was solid. You might have to add lines to get a face-- maybe Curviloft tweaks the original outlines just enough to make non-planar.

Unless you changed the clock on your PC, Animator v2.4d is valid till 14 Sep 19.
