Export Coordinate Data From Toposhaper?

I am trying to get the height of each xy coordinate from the quadrangle grid of a terrain in Toposhaper, and I heard that there is an extension to export that data to Excel. Can anyone tell me about this extension or give me any other tips to achieve this task?
