V4.0 animation

Hi everyone,
I'm new to animation so I was trying to do some test.
I use Sketchup PRO2019 and Vray Next on Windows 10
I'm trying to do a simple movement from scene1 to scene2 of a kitchen.
The first time I was using low resolution and quality and I had the outlet on the backsplash missing in few frames.
I tried again and I went from low quality to medium. This time I had the backsplash and the sun coming and going.
The third time I up the res to 1920x1080 and add high quality but even in this case the backsplash and the sun come and go.
I wanted to add the mp4 of the last test but it's not allowed
I don't understand why. what am I doing wrong?
