Do you still have v2016 ?
The last supported version, SketchUp 2017, would be preferable...Have you also downloaded/installed the latest version of Fredo's Lib ?
Almost all of Fredo's tools will need this 'helper'...
https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=LibFredo6
If not, then download/install its latest version, then restart SketchUp so that everything gets properly synced... and report back...PS: If you are unclear about the only proper way to install SketchUp, then follow these steps...
While using your PC as a 'normal' Windows user - note that it matters-not if you have admin-powers...
Next, close SketchUp if it is open.
Find the SketchUp installer's exe file - it's probably in your Downloads folder ?
Select its icon, right-click > context-menu > "Run as administrator"
When prompted choose "Repair"
When it completes, restart SketchUp and see if anything improves...Sometimes and incorrect installation of SketchUp can mess up folder/file permissions...

Thanks for the response! I have the 2016 and the 2018 version an in none of them works. I've also installed the lastest version of the plugins, and nothing. I'll try installing the 2017 version as you recomended, and see what happens

I tryed thoese things and it didn't work!

Have you tried the recommended way with the installer exe file - context-menu > "Run as administrator" > "Repair", for your preferred SketchUp version... I recommend v2017 or newer... v2016 is no longer supported by Trimble and many extension authors...
Having a complex app installed in any other ways will cause unpredictable issues - often with file-permissions etc...
The error messages you have could well come from this...
Try reinstalling the LibFredo and various Fredo extensions from their RBZ files - download the latest copies from the PluginStore...
Also note that the following folder - which contains various subfolders and files - might become corrupted by an incorrect SketchUp installation, so I suggest that you delete it, and then Fredo's tools will recreate a good file/folder when you next start SketchUp...
C:\Users\Martina_2\AppData\Local\LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir
You ..\AppData\Local 'tree' is hidden by default, but using the path in a Windows Explorer window should get you there...
Do this before reinstalling the RBZs... -
Hi! I had already uninstalled and reinstalled SketchUp (as administrator) and the latest plugins versions and it didn't work. I gave up and reinstalled windows, and then SketchUp and the problem was fixed. Oh, and installed SketchUp in the English version just in case (I used to have the spanish one). I don't know what the problem was, but it was solved. Thanks anyway!
