That suggests you either haven't installed Libfredo or you have not restarted SketchUp. But since you are omitting lots of info to help us understand fully its hard to say.

Strange. I cannot reproduce it. Can you attach the model and give some details on which SU version you use.

Well I checked online and there was a newer build for 2025 since my last install so I just installed that and it fixed my issue. Thanks for the assistance guys.

The problem you are encountering is with the payment processors. That could be related to any number of issues outside of our control. Both PayPal and Stripe are well known and secure methods to accept payments online. PayPal are declining your card did you contact them?

Yes, saving your own needed presets for having them available further on is the essential benefit from this tool and was my intention for making this tool (in a much easier version) about a year ago. By the way, having easy access to standardized export settings is an underestimated point because it makes live so much easier in any downstream workflow such as layouting or so. And you don't have to care about your own sketchup setup anymore. You or even anyone else will be able now to reproduce your own absolute identical export results again and again any time you want. Best, and I'm glad that everything is going well now. Ps: don't forget to setup AND SAVE your remaining 7 possible presets Hitting the Save button saves ALL your done settings, not only W x H. When you close sketchup and reopen it any time later, your ViewportBuster will then open with YOUR own presets...

Thx for your help. I managed to get it right once after several attempts. It seems that finding the center of the bottom face is not easy for me. If there are many ways to do it, is there an easier way? I know that modeling should be done so that I wouldnt have to move the groups. This is a simplication of the model. At least for me it is not possible to create my model in one entity. The image in the op is not showing the gap between the two groups

it's less the risk of updates and more that it's forcing the program data folders to be rebuilt EVERY F'ING TIME i double click on an skp file. and it's ignoring both the preference settings AND the manual edits on the private preferences json file (and as a note, the private file does not have any thing other than my appdata folders for the materials and material browser, styles and style browser, and component and component browser) so there is some special magic happening to "helpfully fix" my install every time. this is not the behaviour in the 2024 version nor the earlier 2025. so someone changed the behaviour, adding things like "would you like to purge your model before saving? it can help improve performance" -- i get it. there are people who will f-up their basic installation so "self-healing" can be useful. but simply ignoring or overriding my settings (used for years mind you) is problematic. please fix this.
