need sub D license help

I am writing regarding the purchase of SUbD (Order ID: 0135987157) on 2023-12-10.
The receipt does not specify whether this is a perpetual license or if it will expire and require re-purchase after a certain period.
Could you please clarify the expiration and renewal policy for this product?

A license allows one person to use SUbD on any number of machines, but the license cannot be shared with anyone else.
