I started having an odd thing happen with the new 2018. The inferencing stops working on the red axis every blue moon. The only way to get it to work in session is to use the arrow keys to force it. Restarting SketchUp always solves it. Weird.

I figured it out I hope! when I put the little hooked pointer right on the endpoint I get the 'Enter Text', but when I move the little pointer to the right of the endpoit just a bit it works as it should you can't see the little pointer in this s shot but it's just to the right. If you click 2nd image down you can click thru but you miss the first pic. I guess you can go down and click See All but that's a hassle. Is there a setting somewhere for that? EDIT: you have to hit Refresh to be able to click thru the images sometimes .. Been working all day on this and no closer. Thanks for the hand holding Tig Repair sounded a lot better then re install! Looks like it helped, exporting is back to how it should be but those measurements are gone, but the problem is probably fixed!

No the short cord has a regular usb plug one end and the other is much smaller plug. My camera's photo card works in those slots.
