@pbacot said: Don't you have "Geolocation / Add location?" Is that a Pro only feature too? Get Location is available in SketchUp Make but manually setting north requires the plugin from the link and it is only functional in the Pro version.

No, there aren't Styles in ver 5 Baz. Can't find 'Guides' anywhere. say, can someone explain how I transfer all my old materials into this new SUp? I went to my old machine, SketchUp 5> Library, copied all the jpg and skm, then put them all in the new SketchUp 5> Library folder, restarted SUp but I don't see them.

@joe wood said: ...except for the video card and even that is slowing my SUp only a little bit... so, I'm a little confused about which card to get, could I get a link to a card I can just order? the CPU is the crucial issue for speed in SU. The video system needs to provide reliable OpenGL support first, which automatically means a dedicated and therefore capable video card to some extent. The best/fastest/latest GeForce for ol' systems w/ AGP slot is the 7800 series. You can buy a new (expensive) GF 7800 GS at Amazon... or do a fall back to the cheaper and less power consumpting GF 7600 GS. Good Luck again, Norbert

Oh at least the main big uprights and the lintels, what a sight that would be, that is, if all the pieces are still there on site. I emailed E heritage with my question, I'll let everyone know if they reply.

I think ultradns.net is only the DNS-server. The owner of the site should be OLX in New York Did you try to contact them? http://ciudaddemexico.olx.com.mx/contacts.php http://www.olx.com/contacts.php I don't know how this works with mexico and copyright ingringements, but since they seem to be located in the US... But concerning your ranking. I think you're at this place because of the image names and your page rank at google search. If i search for "koi pond deck" in the normal google search your page is on top. http://whois.gwebtools.de/woodsshop.com So i would say you can manipulate the images and keep the names and it should work, but no guaranty! Maybe you should ask a professional webdesigner and a lawyer for more information...

Well I used Corel Draw X3, and figured out how to do borders, Effects > Create Boundary. then I did > Publish To PDF. Looked at the pdf full size and it looks pretty good. before I Published it, should I have done anything to the file, like Combine with Background, or Flatten? looking back at what I did, should I have done anything differently? @joe wood said: Oh! is that it, my viewer is displaying the segments, but the CNC machine won't?! I'm using DWG TrueViewer 2010 as my viewer. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?id=6703438&siteID=123112 right on, I'll send that new dxf to my cnc guy and see what he says! Looks like you've saved me from a lot of sanding, all my joints thank you I also looked at the DXF with DWGTrueview201o and it does 'look' steppy BUT if you do a plot preview it's a pretty smooth Arc as far as your screen resolution will allow - that's how it should arrive at the CNC... Hopefully the CNC will take the DXF's Arcs as ice smooth Arcs - but I can't promise for someone else's bits of kit !

yep, they used a 1/2" cutting bit, and cut almost all the way thru in a couple of passes slow speed, then we brought them all back to the shop and hand routed the final pass to free the pieces. I was worried about the stock moving/warping after having such big curves cut out, but the old growth vertical grain stock didn't move a bit. nope haven't tried waterjetting yet, I'm pretty happy with the CNC work.

Yeah, it says something about the site - and indeed there are very different programs downloadable there so everyone use it to his/her own risk. However, things like this (from McAfee) drive me nuts; it does not allow to visit the site advisor page only in Hungarian. Either by IP of OS native language, I could be a foreigner in Hungary now being stumped. This is not "service" but forcing one to read something in one particular language.
