How is it 2025 and we still don't have a way to import a SVG file with color fills? We seriously need a way to import EPS, SVG and PDF cleanly. I would even be ok with importing SWG with color hatches but that is not supported either it seems. Anyone have any tricks for this?

I think I also noticing that if I enable a plugin through the SketchUcation manager, close SketchUp and restart, SketchUp will hard crash the first time it starts up and loads that plugin. If I start SketchUp again, no problems and the plugin loads.

I had been a member at FormFonts since 2006. I was sad to see it go but I understand the move. I prefer CG Trader over Turbosquid these days. The pricing seems so much more reasonable. Do you model the people from scratch or are you using something like DAZ to start the basic model? Best of luck on this next chapter Alan!

I have a road with a curb that was imported from Revit. I would love to have the road edge and curb vertices appear smoother, like what you would get from the flatten tool in Vertex Tools, but I want to keep the vertical distance of the curb. I have tried to accomplish this with Artisan2 but it also struggles with this. Any ideas? Here is a screenshot.

Honestly would like to import assets from web resources like Toffu.co and www.archade.ai and use them as 2D face me components. I prefer that they remain as vector graphics and not PNGs, and I would ideally like not to have to trace over them (looking for a time saver). I have used a workflow where I import a DXF version and manually create the faces and assign colors, but I was looking for a one-click solution.

I have tried to get into FormFonts for the last couple of days and the website will not load. Have we lost this precious resource???

I seem to still get some startup hard crashes when I have re-enabled a plugin and I restart SketchUp. Could be V-Ray and or Artisan?
