Use Round Corner instead. Do your rounding in two steps. [image: 6aR8_RoundCorner.png]

I'd try it at least. Then we can identify a clash between plugins.

@a4chitect said: [color=#4080BF]short tutorial: installation: 1. extract the provided zip file into your Sketchup\Plugins folder Future ... 3.allow the choice of closing after launch to be saved/remembered This plugin might be a solution to the instability i noticed when too many icons are shown on sketchup screen one minor problem: only one operation at a time, the dialog box can not stay opened, even if i uncheck the "close" rectangle so i have to re open it each time i need it; any other solution?

SketchUp doesn't do unsegmented splines/true curves. The workflow mentioned above is the best solution.

I think the issue is in the way a standard 'inputbox' handles the 'values'. The last value always has focus, unless there are 'lists' in the values, then the last value that has a list has focus - irrespective of where it is ! It's a limitation of the standard API interface. The 'Tab' will key step through the various values [and the two buttons] in turn starting at the first value, if that would be quicker than clicking the mouse in a dialog itself... If a list has focus then typing the first letter of the desired item [the list jumps to that item] and/or using the up/down 'Arrow-keys' to step through the list from the current item can be useful if the list is too long to be fully displayed on screen in one go !

Thanks for this excellent plugin! This is a real time saver for me. One suggestion for future improvement. When creating SGL Drawer, would it be possible to have additional layout (400, 400). This layout is sometimes used when having wastebasket in drawers.

You can use several plugins for this. Here is one: http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/rld/plugin_details.php?id=122 then another one: http://www.smustard.com/script/DropGC or you can search for anything containing "drop" in the plugins index: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=250026

@gullfo said: Dome turned out to be a leftover from dome.rb versus the shapes.rb... Thanks. This helped a lot. I had the error for quite some time now. I took out the dome.rb from the plugin folder, restarted SU and the error was fixed.

Tig Thanks for the reply. The mesh was created by a company providing a 3d model of a site and context (similar to Zmap). I presume they don't use Sketchup to create it! I just used regular Drape in the end and painted each triangle individually. Thanks for looking anyway. Super Drape and regular drape do seem to be prone to crashing. I've sent a few models in the past to Google where the problem was apparent but they don't seem to have fixed it.

I have the pro so I don't really know what you're dealing with exactly. however to scale a profile you would edit it and save the new profile. or start with a new profile at the changed size or you could use the scaling tool within sketchup.
