Your current style is using color by layer. If you edit the style it's on the blue cube "modeling settings"

If you set the default[s] at the offset of opening the model - separately for circle and arc ! - then they are remembered during the use of that model. But next time they'll revert to the built-in defaults. There have bee attempts [at least on PC] to run a 'macro' key-stroke tool as SketchUp starts to reset the circle/arc segments... The blank window issue has been solved in the latest version of AmbientOcclusion, you can get it here

SketchUp will remake those folders if they turn up missing. That's another reason why you have to make your own with different names.

There is an old one called massmaterialimporter which may work. I'm sure someone can update it if it does not. Edit - it stil works in 2017.

Did you install fresh copies of the various plugins and extensions or did you copy them from a previous install? If you did the latter, you shouldn't have. Install fresh copies. Maintenance releases don't overwrite things like toolbar locations so don't worry about installing the new release of 2017. Just do it. Major version releases install as a separate program so you have to set up toolbars and such almost as if you never installed SketchUp before.

I use clipping masks for all my sections, elevations and interior elevations. It works perfectly. You can assign the mask a line style as well which works great for interior elevations.

More than likely, you are not running SketchUp 2017 as an administrator. In order to make a directory anywhere under the Program Files folder, you must have admin rights in Windows. In general, storing user documents of any type under Program Files is discouraged by Microsoft. We finally corrected where SketchUp reads and writes content files (like materials) in SketchUp 2017. If you are going use a custom Materials folder other than the SketchUp 2017 default, I would suggest placing it under your Documents folder where you have read and write rights, even if not running as an administrator. You can only delete bundles that you created/cloned. All other bundles are named after the device they are associated to. The Bundle name works like this [Device Name]:[SketchUp Version] so for me I have RICH-ASUS:13 Find the setup you want to clone and use that as the master installer for other devices and SketchUp versions. There is always an element of management when dealing with multiple devices and multiple SketchUp versions. For me I've 20 bundles listed going back to SketchUp 8 on a device I don't have anymore. We don't support device bundle deletion because the next time you start SketchUp on that device the bundle will be created again. We'd happily listen to feedback on how to improve it though. We added this bundle feature to see what would happen. We haven't spent too much time refining it.

Was the wall you were attempting to select on the "cut" side if an inactive section cut? Did you close sketch up and re-start and try to select same? Charlie

You need to set the default printer in the Windows printer settings.
