Corrupted model?!!

I've been working on a model and got the popup to fix it. I did. Then every time I save, it pops up again, says it been fixed, then repeats. The details show the same error elements. A short while ago SU crashed with the message that the "model is corrupted and cannot be fixed. Is there a way to find which elements a problematic, then delete them?
