Are you using SketchUp Make? This seems to be directed towards people not using SU Pro (even though the text fails to say it out loud) "If you are learning SketchUp, creating 3D models, downloading an extension, OR developing an extension for your internal/personal use you DO NOT need a SketchUp Developer account". If you are planning to sell extensions for money that's probably commercial use that requires a Pro license. However I think having a Make license is a really bad reason for not being allowed to be a developer. I had never used SketchUp commercially and was still using SketchUp make when I became one of the top developers in Extension Warehouse. There's no reason why Make users shouldn't be able to share their extensions with others.

Thanks my badness - I'm very sorry for that. My dear Dave!!!!!! You're great advanced user but I'm not good. I hesitate me like I'm miss understanding that. I don't know what does it have work for axis. I AM VERY SORRY! I'm shy because I maybe hesitate for that. I need keep cool and I learn more and I understand what do I work with SketchUp. Since Google SketchUp I try and I use with Source Modelling but it is very old and it is unusable now. And PlayUp for Unity, Unreal Engine, Cry Engine and other for now. Nothing Source Engine 1 and 2 so sad. That is why I forget many knowledges of SketchUp. Now I restore my knowledges back. Why do they need many unlimited extensions and plugins. Now I understand with shape blender now. Thanks very much // Edit where is plugin like 2 marked lines into own mark or I follow other curving lines? Like fence from start is down floor to end is up floor? PS: I found "Weld" I thought line and curve marry together than own - I found it. Thanks! Thanks!

Actually it is quite true. I have favorite component directories that I can't delete. No option... Still a bug. If the directory no longer exists we should be able to delete it from favorites. Period. Having them persist and junk up the list is a bug. And yes Sketchup has other bugs they have not addressed. For instance the use of "/u" in directory file paths that breaks dynamic components. Pretty much makes dynamic components useless for anyone on windows who uses the "/Users" file directory, which is most everyone... That bug has also been around for years...

Very likely it has to with the material size relative to the size of the object you are texturing. Could you upload an example SKP file that shows this so we can take a look and give you some help?

There is no help for that. Best way is to redraw the face. Somehow it got corrupted. Sketchup sometimes, works in mysterious ways.

Had a crazy week, but have been testing SU2017 on my MacBook for most of it. Not sure overall if it's slowed down compared to 2015: overall graphics seem smother, but with a bit of lag in some operations. Whether or not that bodes poorly for really large models I can't say. Bottom line is that it's still works fine for my needs, at least on mid-sized models (~35MB).

The lttle cube with a shadow is not a Plugin! It'a native function of the Tools Bar Shadows of SketchUp for enable / Disable Shadows (from Location & Month / Day hours) Flowify can work with or without Shadows! Better if you post your SKP file (save as format "V 6") for a more large audience! Put also the adress of the video! From your alert message seems it's the "2 lines connection" who are missing! Here the concept : make the groups like this Group 1 = surface (Whitout hole) can be anything but "four sides" Group 2 = (2 straight lines) Group 3 = entiere wall (whithout hole) Group 4 = G1 + G2 + G3 Group 5 = flat window (or any volume) not obliged to be pasted to the surface! You select all Call Flowify "Projected window" is drawn (or any 3D volume) Here 2 examples : with a flat window (on the right, with a simple box on the left up corner) [image: Flowify.jpg] This are surfaces 4 sides fine working with Flowify! [image: fODf_surfaces_4sides.jpg] This surface will not work with Flowify! [image: 08NP_surface_4sides1.jpg]

I've been helping another user over on the Sketchup.com forum, and I had to get familiar with the source code for this extension to sort out the issues (I'm not the author). I fixed a couple of bugs that kept it from running on Mac (I don't have a Windows PC, so I don't know whether the fixes were also needed there). In this case the author obviously never tried running it on SU < 2016 so wasn't aware that the trap was mis-coded! TIG packaged my changes into the version on the SketchUcation plugin store.

You may just want to draw visible edges--so the floor faces would not reach to the outside walls- they would stop at the interior face of wall. Unless you are making a structural model, leave structure as empty "inside" space. Even with a structural model, you can hide the layer with the innards of the wall and floors for exterior scenes. Hide lines as suggested. This can sometimes be hard to manage--you find lines showing in scenes you didn't want them or sometimes the perpendicular face attached to the hidden edge shows through in some views. In the course of drawing the line might become visible again accidentally. Even with thin offset (like 1" for siding), the printed or exported view can look OK--it is often just the on-screen SU view that shows the bleed-through. Even in LayOut. Not a problem in most renderings as well.
