If I were modeling something like that I would use either FredoCorner or Round corner to radius the edges. I'f I wanted the cross sections of the frame members to be actually circular, I'd have modeled that way instead of using square profiles.

Any AI image generation relies on the input image to have some level of clarity. You don't get any real control over materials. Try it out with and already existing model to get a feel for it.
