      Bonjour, Y a-t-il un moyen de diviser un "chemin" continu, composé de segments et d'arcs de cercle ? Application : Pour dessiner un escalier, on peut commencer par tracer la ligne de foulée (ligne imaginaire sue laquelle on marche, en général au milieu de l'escalier) composée de segments pour les volées droites et d'arcs pour les parties tournantes. L'ensemble de cette ligne de foulée est ensuite à diviser par le nombre de marches afin de pouvoir les tracer. L'outil de division est capable de diviser un polygone, une courbe, mais je ne trouve pas le moyen de faire considerer à sketchup qu'une telle ligne de foulée est une et une seule courbe afin de lui appliquer une division. There is no simple solution because the change in SU2017 is itself inconsistent and makes things artificially complex vs. SU2016 and previous versions. Although I have a workaround fix for this, I am waiting on the Sketchup team on what they plan to do about it. Fredo"* Hey Fredo, I figured as much, SU2017 has caused bugs with many other plugin Devs too... I'm not worried though, I'll use Lightwave or MAX to create simple/complex curves and Export/Import .obj/.3ds objects into SU2017 (an extra 3 steps, but hardly worth whining about). I agree with ya, wait and see if Sketchup's Team fixes the API issue (It'll save you development time to focus on things more important). -Terry

      Hi there! When dealing with kinematics, it's very useful to be able to graphically manage speeds instead of positions (slope of positions law) I see that a lot of non-linear laws are availables during a movement, but as far I understand, it's only useful between 2 keyframes. When dealing with more keyframes within a same general movement, I didn't manage to have some smooth transitions... Here is a simple case: Let's say we want to animate a car, constant speed (100km/h) between KF#1 and KF#2. Then it decelerates between KF#2 and KF#3 so that it reaches another constant speed (50km/h) from KF#3 up to KF#4. I didn't manage smooth transitions without generating some weird stuff... Is there some kind of tricks using available non-linear laws? Thanks!

      Bonjour Fredo, Merci pour ce super plugin. J'ai un problème lorsque je veux faire un rendu Vray sur le cloud avec Animator. Animator crée un fichier d'export .vrscene que j'uploade sur Chaos Cloud. Mais à chaque fois l'export fait disparaitre le relief des textures (le bump). Dans mon rendu il y a un plan d'eau avec un bump, et sur le rendu le relief de l'eau disparait, il n'y a plus qu'un miroir plat qui reflete le ciel. Merci beaucoup

Not sure however if this would be useful and what we could do with it. Somehow, there is a concept of parametric composed animation, which could probably be make more generic with this approach.
