    Hey guys I am desperate for very high resolution/quality satellite maps, I use Placemaker and I also use Nearmap but the resolution is not that great, I have tried using AI to upscale but that too does not really solve my issues. Is there another solution?

    Hey Mike, I'm sure you figured this out already, but when you first create the attribute type a number with the inch mark like 0" or 0' in the value box and hit enter. This will set the unit for that attribute to inches. This only works for the first time a value is entered. After that first initial value, you will need to use the attribute info dialog to make changes. In addition, you can use 0 to set it to text (not "Default: Text") and 0cm to set it to centimeters. If anyone knows a shortcut for setting the unit to Decimal Number, I would love to hear it!

A very simple and easy process to share a 3d image instead of a model.

    You can access advanced camera settings in SketchUp on the PC and adjust the near and far planes manually. Experiment with those settings. You may be able to reduce clipping but you may also find you create worse problems for yourself. [image: 2u9E_Screenshot-6_5_20208_32_49AM.png] In the Ruby console type Sketchup.send_action 10624 And hit Enter Someone made a little plugin that adds an item in the Camera menu. I disremember who and they didn't put their name on it. Probably TIG is the one to thank. AdvancedCameraSettings.rb

While these "annoying" templates had been actually located here: C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2019\Resources\en-US\Templates First and 0nly the complete deleting of all the original templates within the program path directory made them disappear from the welcome window.

    Importing .DEM files to generate terrain

    Hi, I am having the same problem using USGS DEM files from høydedata. I have tried converting them to UTC projection and save as ASCII dem files in 3DEM, but get the same result as filibis. I have also tried converting GeoTIFF from høydedata with the same method. Have you found anyway around this problem besides using Civil 3D?

    cmd_auto_invisible_layer - When adding a new layer you it doesn't make it visible in every scene. ene_texturepositioning - Quickly change texture orientation with Shortcut Mirror - Self explanatory PutOnLayer_sortname - Easily cleanup someones messy layering in a model SectionCutFace - To create sections that you can then draw on tt_selection_toys - Select only face/edges/hidden lines etc... su_solarnorth - Change north position RoundCorner - Self explanatory TIG-weld - Weld edges together into single edges SU Podium Browser - For models / materials etc... 1001bit_freeware - I only really use the fillet tool on this. But it's really useful.

It's preferable because max 2020(21) came with a new skp importer which in some aspects was worse than the old one. However, I just can't predict all PEBCAK scenarios. How often do you use SU\Max combo? It's odd you are not familiar with this error (could be easily googled BTW). The plugin is it's not mine of course- I'm too dumb for scripting. I'm just extremely appreciated to the author of the tool which solves astronomical quantities of problems.

    Your 'render-mode' is set to show color-only - so any textures do not show up. Look in your top tool-buttons and click the 'textured' one...

    Splines Beziers gives the maximum smooth surfaces for a less number of points! I have many Right Clicks on a curve on Contextual write BZ - ... for convert etc... I suppose that in Fredo Bezier Splines or in Fredo SPline or in Fredo Tools in any case load all that! Advantage of Extrude Tools by Tig is the facility! And you can keep curves for next neighbour patch! You can also look some modelings of Jo-ke! He had modelize objects like your! And don't forget to inspect your curves by the Fredo Tools (Lonely vertices)

    Stay away from Autodesk objects that are 'surfaces'. I cannot break these down - no matter what.

    Clipping plane extension does not resolve the problem, (bought it) which has actually become a problem just recently with the 2020 SKP update. I mean, yes this has always been in SKP, but recently it's absolutely impossible to work, I have no idea what has happened.... Could it be anyhow problems with personal templates or file settings...? I have noticed that some files work better when I copy and paste them into the older templates I used before. p.s. it's clear for me that itis something in the SKP templates I used. Since I have restored some older ones and use them, it's +/- "fine" again.... but still very disturbing..

The tools/functions are accessible via the menu. All other Fredo6 Lunchers work fine. Once clicking the toolbars open. I think it is related to the changes I have made in registry following the recommendations here. PS 1 Alas it seems that this is not the culprit. I have removed the registry entries ninth no impact - still no Fredo6 Scale Luncher. PS 2 I have just checked another computer with SU 20.0.373 version. Fredo6 Scale Launcher works fine there. Would it be Su update to the latest 20.1 version the source of the dysfunctionality?
