Hi, Just discovered your 8 year old plugin. Its exactly what I was hoping to find. I am a 2018 Pro user and a retired architect that still does small projects for clients and fun designs for myself. Your plugin works as expected although it took me a while to find where among the tools it is located. Save for one problem. It doesn't always save even though I update the scene after selecting the left or right option. I create four orthogonal elevations and happily am able to cast a 45 degree shadow on all four sides, update the scene but when I come back, some of the scenes have lost the setting while others are fine. Hello. I have some problem with layer panel plugin v 1.2.2 (Thomas Hauchecorne) Sometimes, all groups disappear and all layers appear in one row with no groups. Do you know this bug? Do you know how to deal with it. Is it possible to restore groups or do we have to build the entire group structure from the begining? Adam

Do you have the latest version of the SketchUcation Toolset install from the PluginStore ? v4.2.9 This has the latest licensing set up included... Also did you originally install SketchUp properly ? Close SketchUp. Find its installer's exe file - usually in your Downloads folder. Select its icon, right-click > context-menu > Run as administrator... In the dialog that opens choose 'Repair'. This is will not affect anything else you've installed. When it closes restart SketchUp... Any better ? If the error persists, then try [re]deleting the C:/Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/AppData/Local/LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir directory - because it might have incorrect permissions from any earlier incorrect installation of SketchUp...

Tig, Thanks for taking the time to reply (love your work BTW) It used to work perfectly and as you say, click the drop-down, giving me a list of the folders loaded up. I had my plug-in on G:drive but moved to my local drive as Google was missing files when syncing. I've just moved back to G: and now it works. There is something it doesn't like or doesn't have permission to look at folders on drive. Odd. We carry on! Cheers,

Are you referring to 3D Text? As rv1974 suggested you can use Flowify or Shape Bender although they will distort the glyphs. Are you thinking of wrapping text around a curved wall or are thinking of something similar to this? [image: 9to8_Screenshot-10_6_202211_12_43AM.png]

Quick maths 500 x 500 = 250,000 planar faces. 500,000 if it ends up triangulated. You should stick to 64 x 64 or below. SketchUp will eventually create a mesh of 250,000 and you'll be able to orbit fine. But the creation part will take time.
