i've played a few solos with broken strings before, way easier than having to remember to release those licences before upgrades...

I refresh OS fairly frequently (3/4 months) - so that's what you may be seeing.. that's why I was trying to clear the seats.

I'm only using plugins on one machine anyway. as far as I'm aware, I'm all up to date

to be clear, if the activation happened before 4.30, no way to reset the licenses?

The option is missing because the device is not running Sketchucation Tools 4.3.0

perhaps i'm missing something, but it seems to happen with latest SKtools and libfredo (which is what I'm running) - for example I have 2 fredospline seats, one of them activated in january and yet it cannot be released.

unfortunately i don't have a mac on which to test the bugs.

if any mac using author wants to have a look, that's fine.

time is a bit tight, but hope to update JHSPB sometime in late february if i can.

meantime, i just thought that you can edit manually the toolbar file:

"jhs_pb_settings.txt"

true means the icon will show, false it is hidden.

if you reference the list with the image below, you can make it easier to see which icons will checked (true) or not (false).

I don't mind resetting all the licenses again, right now I'm stuck

I'm having the same problem, cannot release some licences so cannot install them.

Edit: also though, getting a nagging constant licence pop up (fredospline in this case), so cannot work on unless I uninstall it completely
