Sketchup to Thea
-
Thanks a lot !
I ask them.
Good day to you.

Well I have no hope on that side...
It is no longer Thea but Altair who manages, and he does not manage the old licenses...
Does anyone have another solution to download an older version of sktechup to Thea? It's still incredible that changing computers involves losing your software...

-
That's the outcome when the bigger fish swallows the smaller fish. You end up needing a new pole to continue fishing.
-
it is hopeless

But nobody has on his computer the installer of an old version of sketchup to thea ?

I'm not asking for a pirated version, I have the codes, I bought it!

Lesson for the future. If you aren't planning to stay current with software, make sure you keep copies of the installers for possible future use.

sniff
I will keep my old computer for the renderings... Only solution
Thank you anyway! ^^

Did you happen to search your old computer for the SketchUp to Thea installer?
-
Yes of course ! Nothing...

Thea team finally got back to me and sent me to install it and it works!
I didn't believe it but they finally respect their former customers.
Thank you very much for taking time for me !
For those who have the same problem, you must write to the following address, attaching your license :
Good day !
