@Philw, as Dave R mentions, you need to update to the latest version of SketchUcationTools:

Download the SketchUcationTools RBZ from: https://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download Open SketchUp 2019 Select (Menu) Window -> Extension Manager Click Install Extension button Select the downloaded RBZ file Restart SketchUp

No one has this problem with this program?

In this second set of images I am using the select and apply drop down in V Ray to copying the material from the right to the pillow on the left. I don’t know why size/scale changed differently. I checked and changed both the SketchUp and V Ray U/V sizes and they both change sizes up or down accordingly. With this being curve surfaces I do not have access to the texture drop down menu.

Thank you for the clarification of the “-0” file. This has been a new issues for me since moving to 2018 version. I hope they fix it soon its annoying, so I need to now throw out the original file and remove the “-0” file to get back the original name?

Its like the message “Not responding” instead of something like “this program is work on it’” and seeing a little hour glass spin around and round on my screen…that way I know it’s doing something other than crashing.

You are right, this should have been a new thread.
I’m just frustrated that I can’t install what I have purchased and have it work,( like it use to be) without having to figure out that things have changed and I should just know about them, like picking running as an administrator (when did that happen?). But that another topic too.

You can only search In Model using the Outliner.

Local searching is not possible. But a really nice idea.

For me it takes up more screen space in it pinned state and if it's not locked when the mouse moves away it rolls away till I mouse back over it. The problem for me so far is working with colors and maps and seeing the results, make changes, ect. I have to go back and rollover the area to work with the dialog box or lock it in place and have it take up screen space.

For me it's about time, it was quicker before just moving my mouse and seeing what I need to see or make changes and it did not affect my screen space. I could work with it rolled up or not, I could work /render around that space no matter if its rolled up or not. I am old school Autocad DOS and still today I move faster typing/using shortcut and not so much the button menu is newer versions till I get use to the new set up and find what I like to use till the next version. I can jump in to the new version and keep working till I get time or I get use to the new changes.

I guess it's my fault, I got on the post because I wanted to work on a project I needed done quickly and I just started working with it in 2016. I should have done it in 2015 where everything was already set up.

I guess I need a second screen...a new graphic card to support 2 screen... a newer computer...... 😕

It is a pity that the smoke is clearly post pro...
I think you could do much better if you installed some Real smoke brushed for Photoshop...
(Make a Google search using the words and you'll find some great free brush libraries...)

Excellent work! Simple,clean modeling and render.

I got to HSph. subdivs" value (100) and that did the trick. This is one of my first images created in V Ray, so I am learning as I go. Still not happy with the shag rug quite yet.
