I think I was trying something like this but did it wrong. It seems to work OK. Only thing is I would only uncheck style and fog, because I noticed that section cut settings are lost (and probably some other things if I uncheck everything but camera. Unfortunately if you are using different fog settings, they are probably all set to one setting in this process, since style and fog are combined. Thanks.

I never tried exporting pdf from LO, or don't recall. I'd have to check the results. Consistent automatic naming of the files is helpful to me in the print process I described. One less thing to do (actually several actions), or to go wrong (e.g. when you have to go all the way back to SU file to correct a little thing and then get to your finished output again through LO, especially at deadline). Another thing was the slow print dialog in LO. Each time you choose to print a page it seems to have to re-render it. Just long enough to cause a little blip in your flow.

I found the link at my window manufacturer site, but there's no indication of what exactly is available. It was becoming a lot of effort to get to something that I may not want anyway. As yet I've not been impressed by a window model I've found online anyway. Even the 2d elevations the manufacturers provide are suspect.

Thank you. I figured it out, I guess. Simple really. If I select a component in the list, which seems like the normal thing to do,and right-click the "delete" function is grayed out. But for all the non-selected items on the list it is there to use. This is not very clear at first for, if I don't click on it, the component is not identified, except by where I hover the mouse (even the warning doesn't name the component). I guess I just hate the component window, and will not worry about what's in it or not, and go on avoiding it.

Thanks all I'll look into these! I got a an LG as a cheap extra monitor at home and have it set up on HDMI now as a second monitor. Maybe you are talking another LG but I have to say I wouldn't buy another of this class. It does the job but there are definite issues with smaller font and you can see a tiny grid . Why not use the Sketchucation Extension Store tool? Then you don't have to sign in every time. And there are all sort of other benefits as well.
