I have not installed SKP3 but for the SKP2 in my folder Plugins, Sketchyphysic.rb is at the root It's this one who call all the rest! Maybe you have unzipp all the file and obtain a level more of name folder?

Obviously a 5 second operation in SU, but with no way to get the design out in Gerber format, I just had to suck it up and carefully tweak each placement in Eagle. If this was something I was going to need to do regularly, that would be another thing, but it was strictly a one-off requirement. When youve got the brush out you can replace every instance of a texture in your model by holding shift when you paint a surface. Im not entirely sure how it would work with textures within a component, though, so you'd have to do a little playing around.
