The cutter doors have the same options (plus additional extra wall options). The rest of the options are one level deep, so you need to double click and select the inner component to get to them.

I believe so. You would leave the "Side Panel:" setting we mentioned above on "(a) OFF", and you would need to calculate and input the Total width of the door by adding up the following:

"Frame - Width" X 2
+
"Clearance - Sides and Top" X 2
+
The door leaf opening you require. (24" or 30" etc.)

Once you have that set, you can save the door aside into the "Favorites Library". (check out the star icon with a plus on it). Once it's saved, you can pull it back in to the model quickly by clicking on the Star icon (without a plus).

One more note: You can change the default door that gets pulled in from the main toolbar by right clicking on the components within the Favorites Window...

might be an issue with the OpenGL suppor of the used video driver... intel HD/Iris and AMD Radeons are known for this.... update the graphics card driver first and if e.g. a notebook with integrated and dedicated video system ensure that SU is running on the dedicated graphics card (see 3D options of graphics card control panel).

You also may want to click on the "View Report Details..." of the Bug Splat application for evaluating the exact cause of the problem as e.g. an affected runtime library (DLL) denoted:

That's what I figured was happening. So far, I am IMMENSELY happy with 2017. Whether real or not, everything feels a lot more "zippy"!

you need to post the actual error text rather than a description of what you saw.

I don't know what method you are using to transfer the files, but in some cases (e.g. FTP) you need to make sure that the file is designated to be binary. Otherwise the transfer may try to convert line ending characters between Windows, UNIX, and Mac conventions, and that will surely corrupt a binary file such as a skp.

Scaling inputs can only be done when the camera is in Parallel Projection.

How about doing the search in the Components window? You don't get kicked out after downloading and inserting a component. And if you don't like it after you've inserted it Ctrl-Z will undo it.

We're not seeing the slowdown on our end, nor the problems downloading files. We'd like to try to diagnose/fix this, but we need a lot more information to try to reproduce the issue first.

How are you accessing the 3DWH? Are you using your web browser or the component browser inside of SketchUp? If you're in the browser, exactly what version? If you're accessing it through SketchUp, exactly what version are you using? What operating system are you running? SketchUp uses Internet Explorer behind the scenes, so what version of IE are you running? Where in the world are you accessing the site from? Do you know if you're going through a VPN or proxy? Does the problem happen all the time, or just at certain times of the day?

I had both on my PC. Both worked until update.
Now MP shows 3DS and Standard doesn't.
Standard shows SKP & SKB old file but takes days to creat new ones after save.
MP doesn't
HDRs show for old fies but not nes. Then eventually appear.

Note: Noticed i XNVIEW open when I have SU open and I save a large file it causes problem such as creating a 0.skp file name, 1.skp...
Sent report but no fix.
Don't recomend keeping open if rendering either.

Thanks, yes I did the same before I saw your post and that did the trick. Thanks again.

Now I'm finding however that SU Podium will continue to render one scene over and over. If I want to render another scene, it won't do so unless I close and re-open SU.

Ben, I have to be honest that this was just a guess based on reading a lot of discussion over several years in the forums. I was hoping to maybe shake loose an idea that was waiting to hatch anyway. Glad you found the answer with or without my comment.

I suggest posting the model and/or images of it at each step along the way. Sounds like things are not being grouped as you anticipate and they are behaving stickily. Perhaps the crisscrossing line are because you are deforming the mesh by moving the internal edges?

Is it an RGB image? SU on Windows has issues with CMYK images. Otherwise indeed, post the image itself.
