Your long string of questions makes that obvious. You could go to learn.sketchup.com and go through the SketchUp fundamentals. You could also spend some time going through the Square One videos
You must display the subtitles to watch the tutorial in English or Spanish.
This tutorial, a little old but still valid, explains how to give dimensions with the push pull tool and also how to resize lengths.

HP support made me reinstall the printer, I installed the latest drivers, I updated the printer firmware, it didn't change anything. They say it's from sketchup, there's nothing they can do.
The problem is the same on MAKE 2017 and on 2021 PRO. I don't know what to do anymore, we have a new printer that is useless!
From this particular tutorial beginner can learn how to squander precious time and in the end get geometrically wrong result (this is especially obvious when the bulge of the wall is more pronounced)
Could you please try to erase the
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses\SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt file from your computer and try to activate again?
