Linear dimensions are created between endpoints but when segments are welded as in the case of a circle, there are no endpoints. The intent when dimensioning a circle or an arc is to have dimensions as shown below. It's always been this way. At least going back to V3 which is far back as I can remember. nice challenge! When working with curviloft I get the best results if: I have the same segment count in every profile + vertices at the same relative position If possible, I only make 1 half and mirror the final result. Its more easy modelling and no problem determining which vertex is the start of the profile etc with complex shapes I sometimes only loft a few segments at a time and afterwards attach those lofts together (split the whole shape up in multiple parts if needed)

After so long, the same thing happens to me. I have installed msphysics on many other machines and have never had this problem. 64-bit doesn't necessarily mean faster. How about updating your profile?

Installing SketchUp using 'Run as administrator' is not a mere suggestion, it is the correct way to do it. If it's not installed in that way unexpected flakiness and other weird things are well documented. It is the 'official' installation policy...

Was the wall you were attempting to select on the "cut" side if an inactive section cut? Did you close sketch up and re-start and try to select same? Charlie

Hi Dave! Fitst of apology for the late reply, I managed to get it working by myself eventually. For some reason it started working after a few reboots. Which is strange, because why so sudden? The Main Sketch-Up help page opens in Google Chrome when I press F1. I also want to say that, when I had the problem there wasn't any case of the cursor not being in the active Sketch-Up window. I was'active in the Sketch-Up apllication, yet hitting shortcuts didnt work. Luckily it works fine now. This thread can be closed if you ask me Best regards, Sjotcher (P.S.
