Your current style is using color by layer. If you edit the style it's on the blue cube "modeling settings"

If you set the default[s] at the offset of opening the model - separately for circle and arc ! - then they are remembered during the use of that model. But next time they'll revert to the built-in defaults. There have bee attempts [at least on PC] to run a 'macro' key-stroke tool as SketchUp starts to reset the circle/arc segments... Not all extensions show in the Plugins menu, or Extension menu as it is called in later versions. Watch the video here: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=24390 Notice it shows up in the Context menu when you right click on a selection of components. You don't want to have components open for editing. You need it to work on the components not their contents.

Hey Guys, Thanks for the info, I think I may have goofed and mistaken a simple override as an error. I've now learned that if something is already a group and you try to Cmd+G it the default is Make Component... So it looks like I reset my hotkeys for no reason facepalm After a few minutes things were back to normal - I had ended up creating duplicate shortcuts for things. Next time I won't be in such a rush. Anyways, Thanks again, T.

lines you've shown are not coplanar.It is badly drawn. These are the few things you need to check before you import: Lines are coplanar (flat). If they are not, try to fix with flatten command (express tools)in CAD but may result in exploded blocks. you may want to redraw things if this don't work. the drawings should not be far from origin. keep it near to 0,0,0.

I can replicate it. With a radius ~1" the segments should be long enough to exist, do it fails. So the in-built 1/1000" issue should not kick in as the segments are considerably longer than that. Making it say ~2", then it does not present the issue at all... [image: iRIb_Capture.PNG]

TIG, Thank you. I don't remember ever hearing about that. Although moving away from the edge, intersecting and moving the result back to the edge leaves segments that, if deleted, deletes the whole brown filling of the plane! After deleting them and redrawing the right edge in two parts ending with the circle segment restores the fill with the hole breaking the edge, BUT, the hole in the center is filled in and not clickable for deletion.
