Scale partially!

I want to scale a plan but i need only the external perimeter to extent
There are also internal part that i only want their position to change and not their size. Can i do it in sketchup?

It would be easier to give you an exact answer if you shared the SKP file. Most likely you can modify the dimensions by using the Move tool instead of Scale.

Use the Move tool to move just what needs to be changed.
