Convert circles/circles with holes to quads/triangles(image)

Basically I'm figuring out how to make sketchup models more retopo/uvmap friendly (meaning as much quads as possible, with triangles when it's necessary). Check image. Is there a one-click solution to connect opposite vertexes between 2 rings and ring+circle center? I've tried curviloft, but didn't work for me.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it doesn't work for circles (as specified, but I believe it would be a nice feature to include circles too). Luckily there's other plugin I'm using for triangulating circles - FaceSplit
