or, without any plugin, you can create the rectangle, group the upper face (select it from top left hand corner while beeing in parallel side view, just like srx's gif), select all then "instersect with selection", select all again and double click on the surface you want to keep holding shift and press delete. (you can then explode the group - optional) not that long even if it seems so ! and beware, some of your small circles appear not to be at the same height than the others

Regarding Dave's comment. I wonder if using selection tools will identify identical groups and allow you to make them into instances of the same component.

If you are used to the SketchUcation Toolset, and prefer that, then you can use it instead of the native installer... Its submenu includes "SketchUcation Archive Installer..." which does what the native installer does... It works for RBZ archives - and additionally for even ZIP files, although these are now a lot less common these days - most things now come as RBZ format...
