Hi! I've just come back to ScteckUp after a break and have purchased a new single SU 2025 license. I've loaded it on my laptop but can't load it on my PC. As I understood, I can do this but only use one of the other at a time.
Should I load the free first and add the license details (as I used to do).

Hi, yes we did. This is the company subscription ( I haven't used my home one for several years and things seem to have changed, I used to get an email with the serial number). Its' all paid for, we just don't have the number.

Can anyone guide me to where I get my 2023 serial number? It used to be on the confirmation email, but no longer.

Finally, we are getting into dynamic components. A quick question - it there just the one DC extension or are there several. if so - which would you recommend please? TIA

I've been away for a loooong time, but recently ditched the freelance work and found a fabulous new job. We love SketchUp here, so it feels like playing all day! Watch this space!

Sorry for the delayed reply - internet out! That's solved it! I had tried to re-install, but it obviously hadn't run through properly as I don't recall it asking for the SU versions. I'm now up and running. Many thanks for the advice!

Sorry Box, here's the full story. I'm using Windows 10. I'm running SU2018, but I've only just installed SU2019, as I was busy completing several projects. SU2019 seems to be running normally, I'm just adding in all my prefered extensions. I already have Twilight Render 2 running on SU2018. I just don't seem to be able to get it running on SU2019 - the name should be coming up under the extensions menu but it isn't there. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've only just updated to SU2019, (not wanting to do it mid project). I can't get Twilight Render to install - Has anyone got any ideas please?
