Hey guys I am desperate for very high resolution/quality satellite maps, I use Placemaker and I also use Nearmap but the resolution is not that great, I have tried using AI to upscale but that too does not really solve my issues. Is there another solution?

There isn't a tool to specifically lock the direction the camera moves but you coulld use the Position Camera tool to place the camera for each scene. You can use guidepoints or geometry to identify where the camera needs to be placed for each scene. Out of curiosity, how will you use this with your model? Quickie example: Camera positioned at each end of the edge shown selected in the foreground. [image: pWfM_Screenshot-3_26_20229_12_37PM.png] Result of transitioning between scenes. Click on the picture to see it move. [image: ZVyI_PC.gif]

Actually it is quite true. I have favorite component directories that I can't delete. No option... Still a bug. If the directory no longer exists we should be able to delete it from favorites. Period. Having them persist and junk up the list is a bug. And yes Sketchup has other bugs they have not addressed. For instance the use of "/u" in directory file paths that breaks dynamic components. Pretty much makes dynamic components useless for anyone on windows who uses the "/Users" file directory, which is most everyone... That bug has also been around for years...

LOL! Seems to me there's Lidar data available of at least most of England but I'm not sure if you can get that in a form that can be imported into SketchUp. I looked once but not very hard. Maybe you'll have to get one of those GPS gadgets and walk around collecting spot elevations. Then you can convert that into a point cloud. I've been wondering about doing that for my own property. Honestly, I expect if you need high res terrain data for single parcels of land, you'll probably need someone on the ground.

Maybe think about the example Box gave. You might use the same interior door on every doorway throughout a house such as this one: [image: WWBF_Screenshot-3_12_20226_49_30PM.png] They all have the same definition which includes the Definition Name of TS6080 TruStile. One has an instance name of Bedroom 1 Door, another Bedroom 2 Door, and a third, Bathrom door.

Maybe it's an optical illusion, but the front surface of the box looks slightly concave to me. As @box wrote, we would need to see the model to say more surely.

Hi, They only thing a student needs is a free sketchucation account and Sketchucation Tools v4.2.3 Download Sketchucation Tools here... https://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download ...and install it into SketchUp. This link will work. Depending on your license, you might be able to go to SketchUp 2020.

What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile says you are using 2020 Free/Make but that's impossible as there is no such version. What graphics card? How large is the SketchUp model file?

LibFredo6 is mainly support files for many of Fredo6's extensions. The only thing you should see from LibFredo6 would be in the Window menu as LibFredo6 Settings... You'll probably need to quit and restart SketchUp to get it to show up. By itself LibFredo6 isn't really very useful.
