Thank you TIG. Prior to installing I made a backup of my original plugin folder. I have since uninstalled the plugins and deleted that folder, re-instating the original plugin folder. I have downloaded the Component Spray plugin as suggested in an earlier post and all works great. Thanks for all your help.

Whan you add distortion with sandbox tools there is no tiling. The problem is how to transfer UVs from distorted surface to the flat one. With ttUVtools I saved UVs. Than with ttPlan tools I flattened the surface, than loaded UVs again. the resolt is non tiling flat surface!

You can write data to a CSV/TSV file which Excel can use or have linked into an XLS. There are several examples of 'Component-Reporters'... You can then read this 'text' back in and convert it to numbers etc as desired... On Windows you can access Excel directly using... require 'win32ole.so' which you must install. Are you still using SU6 as your profile indicate? As of SU8 the model axes updates with your component/group axis.
