Reduce Poly Count from complex models

I remember I once saw a plugin to reduce the amount of polygons from very complex models (like one created with artisan for example) but i cannot find the plugin anymore. can anybody help?

Artisan has a PolyReducer tool

Also, some guy named Whaat has a Polyreducer.rb in the Plugins Index. Red Button at top of page.
