Hi Lus1kka, Your comments are very appreciated. You are the first user that has reported problems with the sceneexporter plugin. I will try to replicate your case. Visualizer uses the windows registry to store latest values for file names. What may be happening is that until the user sets the name at least once the registry contains invalid values. I didn't think of testing for this case. If you have ideas for new features, please post them.

@mbrightman said: Thanks for the feedback! Rather than directly commenting on past V1 posts, I want to reinvigorate the conversation by providing an extended trial license for CONDOC Pro V2. Please know that you will only get value out of the CONDOC Tools if you have SketchUp Pro 2014/2015, watch our tutorials, and stick to the model organization system. Don't worry, in the download package there are some sample projects to play with. Watch required tutorials http://www.condoctools.com/support Download everything you need for your SketchUp version at the following links... SU2014, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9255258/ConDoc%20v.2%20-%20SketchUp%202014.zip SU2015, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9255258/ConDoc%20v.2%20-%20SketchUp%202015.zip The trial license expires September 1, 2015. After that, you can still access a free trial of ConDoc V2 perspective tool at wwww.condoctools.com. 81bd27bdc146994a9a1aad2095868fc4 I am specifically interested in your feedback on the value of the tools, template, layering system, workflow, and SketchUp standards that CONDOC provides. Let me know what you guys think! Hello Mike - I have been using your workflow for more than a year and am now using SU for all my residential construction documents. While Condoc's looks interesting, I have some concerns about being able to fully control the aesthetic quality of my CD's using Condoc's. Of course the time savings would be great (manually stacking the view ports gets old), but I fear in using Condoc's all the time savings would be undone by having to go back and redo hatch patterns and line weights to my specific needs. How would I address this concern using Condocs? Thanks, Barbara

Sketchup needs to adopt these features... I hope there will be a competitor as soon as possible. From what I gather with these videos, the application he has developed is better than sketchup and it makes sense!

pilou , jeff , thanks for your responses. I'm always willing to look try new software if the prices aren't crazy steep. Starting to get a handle doing the animals in SU but damn the meshes can get pretty ugly.... guess I just need to pull up my big boy pants and get back to trying to wrap my head around Blender. thanks again.

The developer of this already great addon will fix the UV issues soon. May be more complicated though, something with the indexing of vertices. As a workaround, it's easy, just go on top view (7) ortho/ edit mode / select the faces and UV unwrap (project from view). In the UV editor resize and place accordingly. However, UV unwrapping better take place in blender. Blender UV editor is one of the most advanced around.

Hi JAP, I found this topic 4 years after you opened it. Did you find a way to make these 360 degrees videos in your sketchup model? Is there now some rendering programs able to do that? My purpose is to use this video with a VR headseat device like cardboard or oculus. Thanks!

@skippy_28 said: Just wondering is anyone knows how to hide Emitters from the camera so you get the light but not the geometry that it is coming from. Hey, right click the component, you'll see a sub menu, go to Maxwell, another sub menu will appear, select 'from camera', there's a few other options in there too for invisibility, for example, if you want to illuminate an area and there are windows/mirrors and you don't want the actual source of light to be visible in the reflections, then you'd need to enable 'from reflections/refractions' too.
