Make sure that your axes are reset to the default model-axes [right-click on an axis and choose reset if available].
It'd be sensible to locate the objects you want to 'grow' around the model's origin, then when prompted just snap to the origin [where the axes meet].
The XYZ [RGB] axes are what's used by the tool.

Also ensure that unit-snapping is OFF in Model Info > Units.

my eyes deteriorated just looking at that. if we was doing all of that for a Museum diorama or a Wallace and Gromit movie, I think its great. . .if he does this just for a hobby.. . .he's insane. 💚

Its interesting the effort and technique he used to make his Letraset lettering look distressed . When I used it, my letters came out looking that way naturally!

Curious that Color blind is for people who confuse and transform some colors, because there is also people who see colors in B & W !

but take a "print shot" of the video, you will see that I said is also true 😉
Draw a red vertical line and the see left corner bottom!
it's just not a perfect video 😉

And the effect is also well known
groups of different colors(here white dots)afect other environment's color for the brain (blacks squares)
As these white dots are tricky positionned illusion can run 😄
Collapse them at each center of the black squares you will obtain another one 😉

What version of SketchUp are you actually using? You put 2018 Free/Make in your profile but that version has never existed.

The MAC jar file execution has at last been addressed

On a MAC you might find you are asked if you want to run a particular jar file - if so answer 'yes' - it's a one of prompt per jar-type so it should stop after the first run.

Hi is there perhaps a way this plugin (or other) can export the co-ordinates of the polyline segments in the correct order? I am trying to reconstruct a polygon by loading in the co-ordinates from the csv, but I need them in the correct order. At the moment I am basically getting a point cloud

I.E. It now processes "2dText" which has been made with my 2dTools, just as can native Text and Dimensions...

BUT 2x1m is a 'rectangle' not a 'square'. If 'oblongs' are they randomly rotated?

In your example SKP the two materials use widely different RGB values, but these can be consolidated by giving a suitable range in the dialog.
However, they use different texture image files with different image-scaling etc, so they are seen as so different that they are not able to be processed...

Materials using textures can be consolidated, but only if the two materials use the same texture-file-name and they have the same image_height/width, and use the same texture-height/width settings.
Otherwise they are not merged into one, as they are too different...

I have the png image file in the model's folder, but no 'Penture_033[Edges].dat' file 😕
All the rights (read/write etc...) are set for this folder.
