I use Notepad++ as well but use the ruby code editor when testing out snippets without having to restart SketchUp. Now I’ll continue with the main work.

This give me some idea for enhancing my next plugin: I'm actually working on (yet another) window maker, full of options, among them you'll have the possibility to add a "screen", opened at a parametric percentage of the height of the casement. For anyone interested I managed to solve it by myself. I had to set the attributes on the definition and transverse down one step like this: cdef.entities.first.set_attribute("dynamic_attributes", "A", a_rand)

If you read through this thread you will see that the author has indicated it doesn't work in SketchUp 2019. See: https://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=61&p=669802#p646407 As of this date it has not been updated to work with SketchUp 2019 or newer.
