After many hours of alchemy there was no result. I really dont know what's wrong both for this model and for 2 other models which are detailed...I tried xexporter which was fast and I was happy but...the results were a complete mess..I think I've used everything...what else is there??

If you view in Monochrome mode are you sure the material is applied onto a 'front'. If your Style has a distinctively back-face color versus front-face then you'll see it clearly. Most renderers do not render back-faces, even when they have a material... PS: Posting a simple example SKP would also help us help you...

You should post post your model SU V8 so everyone can open it, also if some of the groups are not solid try Solid solver (TIG) or/and solid inspector (Thomthom). Then select all the groups you want to intersect with the major group, explode them and group, you should have a solid group; proceed outershell.
