IIRC that is a plugin has not been added to the pluginstore and resides the a forum thread/post of his.

"tre_animation" is not found by the search engine of the forum!

aaah Pilou, seems like I had another of his scripts (cgScenes) in mind, which turns out to be in the Pluginstore anyway.
