With compounding errors. where a .1 to .2 deviation in 10 joins ends up with a 1mm to 2mm gap. Somewhere along the way I've done that. I might mention that even now I can zoom down to a matching corner and see a misalignment gap. When measured I get -0.0~. Then SU crashes. I'm deducing I've zoomed in to far. Even then, that variation will translate into physical woodworking fabrication to say 5mm gap. Which is a lot of work to find a gap that size.

@pixelcruncher I have activated the license. One of those mats that did not make it into Rayscaper has been resolved, I just used a different 'gold' colour which is fine. I have now got the native Sketchup colour which renders fine. I will try to find a way to make the scene available but am having issues with microsnot and one thieving barsteward drive.
