Bonjour, Y a-t-il un moyen de diviser un "chemin" continu, composé de segments et d'arcs de cercle ? Application : Pour dessiner un escalier, on peut commencer par tracer la ligne de foulée (ligne imaginaire sue laquelle on marche, en général au milieu de l'escalier) composée de segments pour les volées droites et d'arcs pour les parties tournantes. L'ensemble de cette ligne de foulée est ensuite à diviser par le nombre de marches afin de pouvoir les tracer. L'outil de division est capable de diviser un polygone, une courbe, mais je ne trouve pas le moyen de faire considerer à sketchup qu'une telle ligne de foulée est une et une seule courbe afin de lui appliquer une division. I have posted my file in "save as V6" but use these last Make (2017,2016,2015)all tested! See from your Doc that 2015 is out of use your plugin but must be fine for 2016 and uper... I will try with your uper left selected as first segment... Always not result when OK is pressed! If that can help : verbose don't make nothing in the Ruby console opened! (tested in 2017) Ruby Console works in 2016 but always no result :File linked (with no first segment selected) ruby_console.txt

Am not getting clean edges using curviloft with 4 lines selected as path, as in the attached screenshot above. Any other recommendation?

Thank you for reporting the problem. Indeed one of our servers had some technical issues during the weekend which caused some failed registration and plugin download attempts. The problem has been fixed and the site is fully operational now.

Perhaps the LAS file is not encoded as UTF-8 ? Can you open it in a plain-text editor, like TextWrangler, and reset its text-encoding to that, re-save it and try again ? Or attach the LAS file to a post [as a ZIP] so that we can look at it...

I tried it and it works for me as expected, no problems.

It is already in the API... e.g. Sketchup.active_model.definitions.find_all{|d| !d.group? && !d.image? }.each{|d| d.save_thumbnail("#{d.name}.png") } This basic code saves the components' SKP files into your default-folder, as set up in SketchUp's Preferences - probably your 'Documents' folder... Obviously you can expand this basic code quite a lot...

Dear TIG Thank you for the suggestion. May I humbly suggest that if the plugin could be coded to .... "remember" the Groups/Components selected by the user "remember" the splitting plane defined by 3 points by the user then carry out by "repeating" the splitting action to the Groups/Components one by one? I am totally ignorant in Ruby programming, hope you don't mind if I've a silly suggestion. Regards
