Permissions are limited and the intention is that you set up your own subfolders for these file types in your own USER path.
Typically these might be like this...
C:\Users\USER\Documents\SketchUp\Components

... Styles
etc
Useful for sharing across multiple versions.
Alternatively consider using the USER's defaults...
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Components
etc
This is where the USER's Plugins folder lives etc, version by version...
Also the USER's Templates and Classifications are in there too...
The AppData folder's path is hidden by default, but changing Windows Explorer > Folder Options lets you see it...
