@Einstein: If you mean by nickname your username, it is not possible to change it as it is the unique identifyer of your account. It is possible to register a new account with a new username. It is also possible to erase the account with the current username but it is not possible to change a username. I'll look into the possibility of increasing image upload size and will inform you about the result.

Looks I didn't learn your plugin well enough. Thank you. For sub-components elswhere in the model - maybe a unique component would be created then?

No - you where right to report this. It's a miss from my side. I don't think I personally adjusted VCB input before committing the initial mouse clicks. But my aim for my custom tools is to be similar and familiar with how SketchUp's native tool works. (Once you start diving into custom tools you really start to appreciate how complex the native tools are - and how much attention to details has been done.)

Assuming the extensions were installed correctly and they are shown as active in Preferences>Extensions, you should be able to turn on their toolbars in View>Toolbars. I don't use the Smustard Weld extension but just installed it to check that the toolbar shows in SU2016 and it does show up just fine. Eneroth 3D Rotate shows up as 3D Rotate and Smustard Weld shows up as Smustard.
