Ah ha! Thanks, I'd seen something about the CTRL button while I was searching but I didn't realize it's a toggle.

Put a white (lightness value of 220-240) sphere in your scene. Render this area with lowered settings. Take a color value from light side (but not from highlight) of the sphere and paste in cameras custom WB.

I may have found the answer. I closed my Outliner and that seems to have fixed the save time issue.

Weird. My screen shot was from my Win7, 64-bit machine with SU2014. nVidia card but I don't remember the number. Have you checked for driver updates recently?

I never see any ads here that are not sketchup related. I often hear about or see things for the first time in these ads. I would add an exception in your blocker for SketchUcation.

In general, there are far fewer options exposed in the vray interface in vfs than the other versions. You may have to wait until 3.0 comes to vfs to really get better convergence.

To make the exports available in the Presets drop down you can manually save them to their own folder here: C:\ProgramData\ASGVIS\VfS\Presets\Options and it will generate in the drop down menu (as long as you've added it to the new folder you created). Be careful not to overwrite the existing defaults though. V-Ray does not overwrite the Options folder on a re-install, so if you overwrite anything you'll have to download it from the Chaos Group website and manually re-install it. the upcoming patch will add the ability to find external file references that are used in imported skp files which are used a component definitions. This should help with a number of missing file reference issues.
