Hi Mitcorb, hi folks. I agree that it could be a nice addition. For example, a "Selection" button added to the "Model infos --> Statistics" that would activate only when something is selected. Clicking on this button would update the infos to thoses in the selection. Then the buton would show "Whole model" instead of "Selection" to allows the user to switch back to the statistics for the whole model. Similar to a toggle switch. Just ideas.

try pointing your mouse to an object modeled, when the mouse is not working is because you're using the mouse on an empty part of the drawing.

Another workaround is : 1 - Group the welded curves to avoid damaging them with additional geometries. 2 - Add an edge between the two points where you want to attach a dimension line. 3 - Add the dimension using either the edge or its endpoint. 4 - Delete the edge, keeping only the dimension. 5 - If required, explode the group. Just ideas.

I have a file in the required format and i have the ruby installed. However, upon clicking OK and selecting the point of origin, nothing happens. Can someone explain this?

I didn't see any performance benefit in assigning SU to one core (the test model still degraded when orbited at the same level of complexity whether SU was assigned to one core or not) which is disappointing - with turbo mode on there is supposed to be a 75% increase in processing power on one core in this machine.

Thanks Mike...could have sworn the "Shadows ON" worked OK for viewing the tub in Model Space before, but apparently not. Appreciate the fix for my annoying problem

Well, hand-stitching indeed takes a looot of time. However, Extrusion tools by TIG is worth having in any case - an entire suite that makes a life easier. Something in there will suit your needs, for sure. Hope you have a nice weekend too!
