And I feel compelled to emphasize—for users of true path-tracing renderers—that the denoiser really compromises image quality. You only have to test it yourself: even though Rayscaper’s denoiser is excellent, a 1080p render won't be particularly sharp or detailed. Paradoxically, simply increasing the render resolution actually saves time in the end; once displayed at a smaller size or downsampled, the result is far superior to simply increasing the samples per pixel (spp) at a lower resolution.

That composition of yours has had me thinking, a lot. With higher heat than in the past, in many of our regions - a series of covered walkways linking up the water features, would provide cooler spaces imho. Perhaps an extension of this plan would include this? Either way, your compositions always make me think and that I think, is your gift to us.

There are rumors of reducing and tightly controlling interaction with the free world, including applying to universities!!!!. (And it goes like this: it usually starts with rumors, then becomes reality. If it turns into law, which is pretty probable, any disobedience has a punishment of 2-5 yrs in jail! This is crazy!!!!

yes Pixelcruncher these solutions aren't a gimmick any more, I don't know if you're an expert in this field, but yes, absolutely. However, it's a real hassle to offer to clients—it requires massive servers... Free AI models are pretty good, but they don't compare to paid solutions. Zpix, by Samuel Tallet, is a free PC app that generates really decent images using open-source models. However, it's best suited for creating single views and involves a lot of randomness. I couldn't really use this image for my client, but I put it on my site... [image: zpix.png]

@SteveDennis Hi there, not sure if this's what you're looking for or not. I tried your 3D widescreen with spacely.ai, using Realistic Render then Enhance to 4K. Hope this helps[image: 1787123638804-screenshot-2569-08-19-at-14.13.00-resized.png] ![alt text][image: 1787123727349-spacely-ai-standard-20260819071129-fs23u.png]

SKMtools is a suite of 'tools' and short code methods to add some missing methods in the Ruby API. It is not a stand alone 'extension'. For example - for material, color, and image inspection and manipulation of their info etc... BUT it does contain some 'tools' - like ImageAnimator and ImageTrimmer - these appear in the View and Tools menus respectively, and the ImageAnimator also has a toolbar that can be activated like any other. ImageTrimmer works from the menu item[s] and has some dialogs which pop up for settings etc... After you install the toolset you probably need to restart SketchUp to see the menu additions etc... Also note that ImageTrimmer uses '.jar' files to execute some methods, so you need Java installed [probably is by default] and .jar files must 'open' [execute] in Java - NOT open in a compression app - some ZIP and RAR apps might hijack the .jar filetype, so you need to ensure that it's excluded from their influence !

Yep, DDOS attacks are increasing. If you check https://downdetector.com/ you will see nearly everyday there's some major service having outage issues. Don't know if its AI or something else but we use a few services like AWS, Cloudflare etc and when these are subject to attack then our own services are impacted. We are doing some hardening later today to mitigate as best we can.

What do you mean: 'download' or install? You also need to install LibFredo6.

Ah pis il y a un truc dément aussi! Il suffit de recharger le HTML dans n'importe quelle AI codeuse et elle reprendra au pied levé toutes modifications, ajouts etc Même si elle n'était pas au départ du bidule!

Hi everyone, I dug out my old 2012 MacBook with SketchUp Make 2017 installed on it. I managed to compile a compatible macOS version of the plugin. [image: 1786986485105-macos12_sketchupmake2017.png] Here is the RBZ file if anyone wants to give it a try : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g55f7ezASR1dv0hSU-Dka6NwXQyiJAoi/view?usp=sharing

Pictures generated by IA from my 3d renders in Blender. Text IA. Here is a new set of images based on my Taurus building, part of my series of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure-inspired Stands reinterpreted through the European zodiac. The original building was modeled in SketchUp, with additional sculpting work done in Nomad on iPad, then assembled and rendered in Blender/Cycles. For this new experiment, I used my own 3D renders as a strict architectural base and asked AI to develop different scenes from them. One important rule throughout the process was to preserve the geometry of the building as much as possible. The AI was mainly used to reinterpret materials, improve photorealism, change the lighting and atmosphere, and add characters or narrative elements. The first group is in color, with a more magical and extravagant atmosphere. The building becomes inhabited by strange creatures and characters: a unicorn-headed butler welcoming children, a cloud-being pouring a rainbow from a champagne coupe, an Indian princess with a hummingbird-headed prince, a moonlit hive with silver-and-blue bees and a strange smoke filled with eyes, or a crocodile postman delivering a sealed parchment to an old king drinking chai on his balcony. For the second group I completely changed direction and switched to black and white. I wanted something much darker and more unsettling, inspired by the atmosphere of old spooky cartoons from the late 1920s and early 1930s, but imagined as if those worlds existed in real life. IA added strong grain, dramatic lighting and a slightly old-film look. The building is then invaded by ghostly figures, spider webs, skull-headed doves, violent thunderstorms, giant carnivorous plants and insects, or a strange party where all the guests wear black bodysuits painted with skeleton bones while hundreds of candles melt over the façade. So the basic architecture remains the same, but each render becomes a small scene with its own story and atmosphere. It was also an interesting way for me to use AI not as a substitute for the 3D work, but as a tool for art direction, lighting, material exploration and visual storytelling on top of an existing model.
