This license expired message occurs if you have an out dated copy of any one or all of the extension, LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset [used for licensing]. It was originally issued with a time-limited trial period, but later Fredo decided to keep it free for the time being... If you update of of these files and restart SketchUp, then that message should stop. No license is currently needed...

How do you know it's the SketchUcation toolset that's causing the mysterious crash ? Are there any error messages at all. If you open the Ruby Console before doing whatever it is that leads to this crash [you haven't explained how it manifests itself], are there any messages in the Console ? Can you explain step-by-step what you do to get SketchUp to crash... Usually a BugSplat or error message will result, a silent crash is very unusual. Do you have any other extensions running - e.g. renderers...

Share the .skp file with us so we can see the way you have the model set up.

@theartdepartment10 said: The D’oh! Book: thank you for the super easy-to-follow help, but I did that and nothing happens when I click “Fredo Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support” no new window ….nothing. Help It opens the ruby console and outputs a series of helpful info for us. As TIG mentions the error code is related to mismatch of name. The fact that you don't get any output from the menu entry I mentioned and that you've already licensed other extensions successfully on 4 devices suggests a fundamental error locally. Spend some time with your device/s and establish that your are running the latest Sketchucation Tools and LibFredo on all 4. At https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php you can manage seats. If any seats are not available for online release then that means you have outdated extensions installed.

Unfortunately the Dialog for the Section Planes doesn't react to Windows/Preferences/Workspace Reset Workspace. But you can try it. As for the alt spacebar thing you need to be very specific. Create a section plane then hold down Left Alt, not Alt Gr if you have one, and tap Spacebar once Then tap the default letter for move in your language if it isn't english. You can check this with any window active by doing the Alt Spacebar thing and seeing what shows in the little dialog that appears, the correct letter will be underlined. Tapping m will activate an icon of four arrows Tap any arrow key will attach the four arrow icon to the lost dialog Finally allowing you to move the mouse without clicking until the dialog appears on screen, at which point you can click to drop it.

It looks like you imported the model from 3d mesh modelling program. If you didnt then maybe you are not drawing the sketch on a plane? https://www.rendertasarim.com

Update LibFredo6 and the Sketchucation Extension Store tool. Update the other extensions if they needed. Then restart SketchUp and try again. Please update your profile. It says you are stillusing SketchUp 2019.

Have you tried using emersonn_vazz instead of emersonn.vazz ?? There's no email from you in our support either.

On PCs IE/Edge [Safari on MAC] is needed to power the Ruby 'web-dialogs' which are still used by many extensions, including SketchUcation's. It does not matter what your day to day web-browser is set to be, as this is is never used... Windows has always installed a minimal IE set up to support legacy products like this... Web-dialogs are now 'deprecated' but they still work just fine. A newer 'html-dialog' is available through the SketchUp Ruby API [which uses a now built-in Chrome browser in SketchUp]. Unfortunately it is not a simple matter of swapping a few lines of code over in the various Ruby files ! It requires considerable reworking in both the Ruby files installed on your PC, and the html/js files with which it interacts 'server-side' - some of the callbacks and other basic functions etc have been changed considerably. A change over is planned by us, but we are currently engaged on other more pressing changes at SketchUcation, and so I can't give you any clear indication of the timescale... Meanwhile I suggest that you get IT to reinstate a minimal IE installation on your systems, as their action has been somewhat presumptuous and unnecessarily limiting.

OK, found the problem, not auto correction etc. Sketchup was teleporting the geometry for some reason not known to me. Fingers crossed this is a transient event. Thanks for the tips, Box. Appreciated.
